What I did:
Design Strategy & Execution: Led the end-to-end design process for the Port Type C feature, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience within BT’s Global Fabric NaaS platform.
User Journey Mapping: Developed comprehensive user flows and journey maps to streamline Port Type C configuration and management, reducing complexity for technical and non-technical users.
Feature Ideation & Prioritisation: Conducted brainstorming and ideation sessions to define the most impactful feature set, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Workshops & Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitated cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineers to define Port Type C’s role within the platform and gather key insights.
Competitor Analysis: Researched market trends and competitor offerings to benchmark Port Type C against industry standards, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
User Testing & Validation: Led prototype testing with real users, gathering feedback to refine interaction patterns, accessibility, and ease of configuration.
Interface & Interaction Design: Designed high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring a consistent, accessible, and scalable user experience across different device sizes and use cases.
